I came here for 1 night and had a good stay. Late check out was quick, had knowledgeable employees. My check in was quick. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

I loved lovely staff and rooms, and so much more. The restaurant was beautiful, it had hot dishes.

There were too hard beds.

The staff was welcoming, the accommodation was contemporary and fairly clean. Its location was very central, 400 metres from Gallery.

The breakfast was cold, I think it could be better.

The venue was in a very central location very close to cinema, restraunts, a hill which can be a problem for people with mobility issues.

A hip new hotel in Bournemouth. Unbeatable location to Britannia. The queen room was compact, very well taken care of. The bed was comfortable, the staff were outstanding.

Outstanding hotel for christmas. Handy location and warm room and the bed was quiet. And it also had excellent view. Service was brilliant too. Loved eateries and bars near the property.

the weather was warm, had enjoyable stay. the location was unique, next to centre and the beach and pier. employees were hard-working and caring. full english breakfast with cereal and waffles was perfect.

Marvellous view, good hot breakfast and great pools. My family queen room was very specious, I loved it. Ideal location not too far from an award-winning oceanarium. The outdoor restaurant was particularly good with lots of meals in the menu. Had cool drinks in the pool bar in the evening.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would stay here again. The bed was spacious and it was great having climate control, fridge and balcony. Lovely garden and amazing pool area.

Pet-friendly room, exceptional service. Great beds, climate control, flat-screen television and balcony were a nice touch. The pool was lovely and the garden - nice. Moreover, parking was on-site. The beach was astonishing...
